Server/Barista

Dishwasher

Both full-time and part-time are available - mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings. Must be 18 or over.

This is a "people person" position. The most important quality is friendly professionalism. This is also a physically and mentally agile position. In other words, when it's busy we move and think FAST. And, then when there’s down-time, we can chat while we catch up on side-work.

Responsibilities include:

Make juices, smoothies, and other beverages
Ensure food safety procedures are followed
Take orders at counter and serve guests at tables
Closing and/or opening duties
Work with a team in a collaborative environment
Contributing to clean-up and dishes
Expediting orders and keeping them moving
Guest service, guest service, guest service

Qualifications needed:

Serving or barista experience in fast-paced environment
Ideally, over 18 able to serve alcoholic beverages)
Quick and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
Reliable
Able to take independent initiative, yet team-oriented
Physical agility – being able to move quickly when we’re busy
Being Vegan is a huge plus, as well as an ability to communicate with guests regarding health and wellness.

The schedule will likely be a mix of weekdays and weekends, and a mix of morning and afternoon/early evening shifts. Although we keep the schedule as consistent as possible, some flexibility is required so that we may all take time off.

Average expected total hourly compensation is approximately $17 per hour. Additionally, bonuses are based on performance and profit.

We are looking for a Part-Time Dishwasher, two days a week. It's a great job for a high school or college student, or for someone who already works and is looking to earn some extra cash.

Keep our dishes and cookware super clean and shiny, keep the dish and kitchen areas clean, sweep and mop, empty the grease.

Must be dependable! We are a fun group of people, and we're looking for someone who will work together with us and have an up-beat attitude, in addition to doing a good job on the dishes.

Compensation if $15 per hour.
